Our area is famous for its recreational appeal. From swimming in the summer to skiing in the winter, the Adirondack region is an outdoor person's paradise. With amusement parks in Lake George a short drive to the south, and in Canada just to the north, we truly have something for everyone.

SCHOOL INFORMATION

Our local area offeres a wide array of educational opportunities for all ages. From neighborhood elementary schools to a college in a major university system, we have something here for everyone.

EMPLOYMENT

Everyone was worried that our economy would fail with the closing of Plattsburgh Air Force Base a couple years ago. The impact seems long since finished now. We have new businesses moving into Plattsburgh like never before, and while we miss our Air Force Base in a nostolgic sense, our economy is going strong.
