Joann is native to the area and has to returned and joined Coldwell Banker Whitbeck Associates with almost 4 years as a realtor under her belt. She comes to us with a background in marketing, management and supervising.

She spent 15 years away from the North Country and during this time she received a degree in Marketing and Design as well as Masters in HR.  Upon returning to upstate New York, she worked for the State of New York as the supervisor for the Adirondack Regional Tourism Council. Later she became the operations manager for Gowett Sanitation for 5 years before it was sold to Casella Waste.

Joann has been deeply involved in local community organizations such as: Plattsburgh Noon Rotary, Board of Directors 2004-2007, North Country Chamber of Commerce, Board of Directors 2001-2006,Clinton Country Council of the Arts, Board of Directors 2000-2004 and Adirondack Regional Tourism Council, Supervisor 1995-2001. Since entering into real estate in 2007, Joann specializes in helping buying and selling clients find exactly what they are looking for, commercially or residentially.
